On my next week’s to-do list: visit Volume. Currently a pop-up shop by a Berlin-based jewelry designer Ina Beissner is stationed there. Her spring/summer 2014 collection is being displayed on furniture pieces by product designer duo Nino & Svenja. The Peruvian born designer who received a degree in fashion from Esmod school before graduating from a Milan Jewelry School, has started her eponymous brand in 2010. I admire every aspect of her design, from jewelry pieces to her lookbooks; and her ability to transform her themes into an array of different styles. I absolutely adore the small bracelets called “Polly” and “Nadia”. This season they come in geometric styles and remind me of Art Déco designs.
