Summer: it’s got to happen sooner or later, right? We (and our weather app) are daring to believe that could be this coming weekend. Time to fling open the doors and reconnect with the outdoors. That’s precisely what the team behind The Butcher was thinking too. The burger restaurant in the Sir Savigny Hotel is kicking off the BBQ season in their charming courtyard garden this Saturday (6.5.17). The grill will of course be lit, and in addition to The Butcher’s mouth-watering offering of prime Aberdeen-Angus beef burgers, beef hot dogs and grilled corn will be served. Quench your thirst with a “Cleaver Club” gin cocktail from Gin Sul (the house signature), ice cold beer, or a glass of rosé. We’ll be taking care of the summer soundtrack, by the way, with Sven Hausherr from Cee Cee spinning his favorite tracks. Come on down! P.S.
