Sometime ago we’ve introduced local honey brands from Berlin in Cee Cee. You can get a closer look at them this Saturday. Slow Food Berlin and the Berlin city beekeepers are turning Prinzessinnengärten into a celebration ground for “city honey”; with tastings and guided tours on their rooftop beehives as well as “Stadtimkerei” for kids. Writer Erika Mayr, author of a book on keeping bees in the city, will be there to talk about the challenges and benefits of extracting honey in metroplitan areas.
