INKWELL POP-UP-SHOP: VINTAGE STATIONARY & RISOGRAPHIE

Have you ever thought about eraser design? I hadn’t – until I entered the Inkwell pop-up shop the other day. Here, in this Neukölln studio-turned-shop, I saw a display box featuring iconic eraser designs by Pelikan and Läufer, which ranged from the 1920s to the 1980s. Quite nice! The erasers, just like everything else here, has been collected by Luca himself, the owner, over the course of a year. So, if you’re looking to get a classic stapler you remember from your parents house, a Ferrari note book from the 80s, or one in the shape of a floppy disk, you should pay a visit to this temporary store. A risograph machine completes the store concept, not to forget the books by Vetro Editions — Luca’s own publishing line. As for me, I will happily return to browse the selection since there’s so much more to discover than what I saw at first glance. A must for any true stationary lover.
