Alpine specialties and Mediterranean ingredients, plain cooking and haute cuisine, slow food and fusion food – in South Tirol, they mix and match not only different languages but also various Northern and Southern gastronomic influences. On Saturday August 2, you will have the opportunity to experience the range and richness of this region at Gluschtn und Koschtn, a South Tirolean supper club. This new project was launched by 39NULL, a magazine for society and culture, BON BOCK, a Berlin residency program for chefs, and the urban farming start-up INFARM. Having already proven their talents with pop-up Rooftop Smokehouse in Barcelona, Jacob Zeller from South Tirol and Buster William Turner from Great Britain will be encasing the smoking barrels with various ingredients together with their pear and apple wood from Lleida. Wines from South Tirol will accompany your culinary journey.
