MIND, BODY, STOMACH: HOLISTIC HEALTH WITH EAT & TREAT

Since 2016, trained sports science therapist and passionate chef Gianna Thiess has been helping Berliners find their flow with her holistic three-part concept, Eat & Treat. Comprising weekly Pilates classes held in Olivia Steele’s Mitte studio, personal training sessions, vegetarian catering and supper club pop-ups around the city, Eat & Treat is dedicated to helping you feel your best, inside and out. Gianna’s dishes centre around fresh and seasonal and plant-based ingredients which embrace simplicity without compromising on flavor and texture, like the creamy pumpkin polenta with roasted beetroot, topped off with toasted pumpkin seeds and crumbled goat’s cheese.
