TRIXIE BAR: A COZY COCKTAIL ESCAPE AT HELMHOLTZKIEZ

TRIXIE BAR: A COZY COCKTAIL ESCAPE AT HELMHOLTZKIEZ

Trixie Bar in Prenzlauer Berg represents a collaborative vision brought to life by owner Georg Lackmann, bar manager Rachel Dubler, and a dedicated team of bartenders. After losing their previous workplace, they chose to stick together and create a space where guests would feel valued and welcome. Honoring the tradition of naming their bar after a woman, Trixie was born. Trixie Bar is an intimate venue with a vintage-modern aesthetic created with a small budget thanks to staff-driven DIY efforts. The bar features cozy nooks, plush maroon chairs, and comfortable outdoor seating, making it an ideal location to unwind with an Espresso Martini or Basil Smash. And speaking of drinks, the menu features classic cocktails like the French 52, Negroni, and Dark ‘N’ Stormy alongside flavorful non-alcoholic options for those seeking a cocktail experience minus the alcohol. Try the Lavender Rabble, made with Tanqueray 0,0%, lavender, lemon, honey, and thyme. If cocktails aren’t for you, Trixie has an assortment of wine, beer, tea, and coffee. And if you are feeling a little peckish between drinks and conversation, opt for a light snack of mixed olives with dried tomatoes, jalapeños, and thyme to tide you over. With its cozy ambience and welcoming vibe, Trixie Bar is on its way to becoming a neighborhood favorite. No matter the reason you decided to grace Trixie with your presence, a good time will be had by all.
