“TUMULUS” – BOOK PRESENTATION AT THE GFMF SALON

Tumulus” is the name of a collaborative book by photographers Roger Eberhard und James Nizam. The images were taken on a journey to an abandoned island of Pitt Lake, close to the Canadian city of Vancouver. The island is an enchanted yet destroyed place with leftovers from former holiday houses slowly decaying as time passes. The book also features a poetic essay by Dion Kline and will be presented tonight in Kirsten Hermann’s “GFMF Salon”. The salon is the latest addition to her little gallery for modern photography (Galerie für Moderne Fotografie) and is located on the second floor in the same building.
