Owner Andrea Schmidtke is a certified cosmetician who exclusively uses natural products without water or alcohol. Central to her five treatments is the aloe vera plant – the fleshy succulent used since the time of pharaohs to treat sunburns, skin irritations, and dryness – from which she cuts off a slab to derive its pure, gooey extract to massage into the skin.
