We had breakfast last weekend at Till The Cows Come Home, a tiny restaurant-in-a-container that is bursting with creative, healthy, and appetizing menu. I certainly enjoyed every bite of “Heaven On A Bread” – ratatouille featuring grilled eggplant and tomatoes topped with a poached egg on a pita bread. I can’t wait to return soon to try all of their extravagant smoothies and juice blends too. All choices are made with finest, organic and often regional ingredients. You will never even notice that everything here is vegetarian or vegan. This open air location is not suitable for cold weather, thus the future of TTCCH is wide open – go while summer lasts!
