The Dottir Team is on a journey. For two weeks, they’re setting up a tent in Hong Kong. In the meantime, their Mitte location will be taken over as a Thai restaurant. Charming New York cook Dalad Kambhu and the artist Rirkrit Tiravanijawill present their interpretation of contemporary Thai cuisine. There will be a fixed sharing menu, so it’s recommended to come in groups. Our many-course menu consisted of raw fish “cooked” in lemon and ginger over a traditional spicy Thai curry with homemade ice cream. Then came the Thai-inspired drinks from the Pauly Bar bartenders and coordinated wine. The Pop-up will only be there until 6.8.2016, so we recommend that you make a reservation fast!
