ART VILLAGE — A WORLD OF ART AT BERLIN FESTIVAL

ART VILLAGE — A WORLD OF ART AT BERLIN FESTIVAL

Sick of the city life? Become a villager. This time Berlin Festival has extended its so-called “Art Village” offering everything you might have been longing for from your childhood in the countryside: a town square, a church, a doghouse. Make yourself at home in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Berlin and the festival itself. No need to deny your arty spirit though, the reason why you came to Berlin in the first place. This installation is the brainchild of Jan Kage aka Yaneq who will be present as the festival’s preacher. He has invited street art collective Bosso Fataka and Superblast amongst others to make this visual trip to a village one you won’t forget. And if you have no desire to go back to the village, there will be some goods bands playing there… Follow the sound and be happy that you won’t be getting lost in the backcountry of Germany, along with beer cans and collapsing tents.
