CANDY ON BONE — THE NEW HOME OF IRRESISTIBLE DELICACIES

Part deli, part addictive cookery shop, Candy on Bonechannels both the culinary expertise of sister restaurant Katz Orange and the principles of sustainability inherent to its founders at Contemporary Food Lab. The combination is enchanting; from sandwiches filled with Katz Orange’s famous slow-roasted pork to pearl barley, parsley and pear salad, the brightly lit counter offers simple yet immaculately prepared dishes alongside a selection of fresh meats and cheeses. Next door, food products and kitchen essentials are arranged in a kaleidoscope of flavors and colors; there’s Nordur liquorice salt from Iceland, elegantly packaged spices from Pfeffersack und Soehne, Koral dry gin and many more delights from independent and ethical manufacturers. Dotted around the store are also Candy on Bone’s own range of granolas, nuts and sauces, including our favourite: Bacon Jam Chutney.
