A NEW BIRD IN TOWN – “FLAMINGO” CLUB OPENING

A NEW BIRD IN TOWN – “FLAMINGO” CLUB OPENING

There’s a whole lot going on in Berlin’s club scene this season. KTV opened this summer, “Kleine Reise” opened its second branch with “Loftus Hall”, a couple of weeks ago “Prince Charles” celebrated its premiere party, and this weekend Mitte will add another club onto it’s map – the “Flamingo”. The initiators intend to become a Berlin constant, not just a short hype. The idea behind it is to provide a place where different scenes meet to inspire and create room for new projects. The dark interior is full of velvet, mirrors and little niches that bring a definite sense of Parisan flair. Despite its modest size, not only can you get lost easily but there’s plenty of room to discover the unexpected.

Flamingo, Kleine Präsidentenstr. 158, 10178 Berlin-Mitte; map
Opening Weekend: Fri 7.10. 21h, „Studio X“ (with Emil Doesn’t Drive), Sat 8.10. 21h „Lets Do This Thing, Berlin“ (with Salto Mortale)
