It’s time! Tomorrow marks the start of Berlin Fashion Week (30.01.–02.02.2026), bringing shows to every available catwalk in the city (along with a few created especially for the occasion). And plenty is happening off the runway, too. Kicking things off is Schwarm, a two-day pop-up featuring ten independent jewelry designers from Berlin and beyond. Raw and refined, minimal and maximal, contemporary jewelry design comes together at Backhaus Projects in Neukölln (30.–31.01.). On the same evening, the Next Gen Pop-up & Exhibition, curated by Sven Marquardt, opens at Platte Store. Fashion and art are a natural match, and for this occasion, there will be performances by Constanza Macras / Dorky Parkand a DJ set by Triš. Also opening its doors for four days is Live from Earth’sDoofer Street Market Berlin. The music label translates its network of artists, labels, and collectives into an experiential pop-up space with merch, fashion, and community — supported by a wide range of collaborations from Berlin’s club and subculture scene. Friday winds down at Violet Papers: Issue 04, Changes, will be launched at Voo Store, with drinks and a first look at the new edition. On Saturday, fashion hits the pool.
#Damur x Liquidrom transforms the iconic spa into a stage for a day — a runway by the water, curated sessions, fashion, steam, and sound combined into one production. On 02.02., conversation takes center stage: TedxBerlin Talks invites you to a morning of dialogue about fashion as a system of ideas — beyond products and trends, with a focus on cultural significance, decision-making processes, and the future of the fashion ecosystem. Sunday also brings a premiere: the joint project by Helena Stölting and filmmaker Dimitris Euripides Späth. Between short film screenings and collection displays, a deliberately uncanny fashion fever dream unfolds, which will be shown again in the following days. And for anyone who’d like a little more time, the Berliner Salon returns to the Gemäldegalerie from 03.02. Young designers in dialogue with masterpieces from the collection — who needs front-row seats? So jump in: plenty is happening.
