KINK BAR & RESTAURANT: WORLDLY FLAVORS SERVED WITH EASYGOING ELEGANCE

The Gong Bath at the Feuerle Collection transports you into a world of sound, art and meditation. The venue is a gallery that brings together diverse sculptures and artworks in a silent bunker that brings you far from the bustle of the city without having to leave it. Come for the Gong Bath led by Green Yoga Kreuzberg’s Nora Schirmeier and you are gradually taken through the gallery’s underground rooms so your eyes can get used to the darkness. After introductory music from John Cage you are then taken into the art-filled exhibition room where you settle down on your yoga mat. Then, for 75 minutes, you enter a period of deep relaxation and inner peace, with the meditative sound of the gong as your companion. After the session closes you can take in the art, which includes both contemporary works and historic pieces from Southeast Asia. The Khmer sculptures are particularly impressive, gently bathed in light in contrast to the barren background of the dark bunker. Top tip: bring warm clothes to ensure a cozy time on your mat!
