GREENGREEN – AN OUTDOOR JAPANESE, VEGGIE DINNER

This Friday you are invited to have dinner at Germany’s most famous urban gardening project “Prinzessinnengärten”. Tomoko Yamane, the creator of the lovely Bento-Box-Lunch-Service we introduced to you two weeks ago, is the chef de la cuisine and will prepare an organic, veggie, and authentic Japanese menu. There’ll be Japanese omelette with grated radish and miso soup with Abyssinian cabbage and komatsuna (Japanese greens), just to give you a sneak peak.
