Lost in Wedding is celebrating its first birthday and the giant guinea fowl is inviting us all to a banquet. Sylvio Schubert and Maik Schneider have been hosting dinners at Stattbar with their delectable vegetarian fare and special every-other-Thursday German sushi. For the anniversary dinner next Tuesday, the dinner will occupy the party space in the former pool. The menu reads like a poem: purple sweet potato and mushrooms in a glass noodle wrap, followed by white Beelitz asparagus with rhubarb. The main course is a potato praline with spinach and marinated carrots. For the sweet finish be prepared for dark chocolate with a strawberry infusion.
