JULI FOX ON LOFTUS HALL

JULI FOX ON LOFTUS HALL

“Love us all” is what I understood when owner Dara O’Neill first announced the name of his club. The Irish crew of “Kleine Reise” has moved from Spreewaldplatz to Mayacher Ufer. The name “Love us all” suits the place perfectly: the nicely selected house and techno music add an enchanted smile to all the dancing kids’ faces. But it’s not just the good bookings that make Loftus Hall so special. The location is the place’s heart and soul: lace curtains, woven patterned tapestries and wood panelling create a cosy touch. The dancefloor has the perfect size. The bar is not too far and next to the dancefloor there’s even a parlor. The Irish owners left almost everything untouched from the 60’s wedding venue and (later on) sportsbar. Even the charismatic people you can see on all the flyers are supposedly taken from some family album, so the previous owners spirits party along with you. My personal highlight for December is “Morgan Geist” this Friday and in January the monthly series “Passion Beat” with Mano Le Tough and The Drifter. I am wishing you a long journey.
