KÖRNERPARK — A SECRET OASIS HIDDEN IN NEUKÖLLN

KÖRNERPARK — A SECRET OASIS HIDDEN IN NEUKÖLLN

Körnerpark is featured in our Cee Cee No.2 Book, which is available for purchase here.

In 2016, Körnerpark turned 100 years old. The green space has seen generations of Berliners walking, running, picnicking, relaxing and wandering through its grounds over the last century. Tucked away in a residential nook of Neukölln, the park resembles a large, sunken palatial garden with flower beds, fountains and an orangery in which the Galerie im Körnerpark and its café reside. Ready to mix up your park routine this summer? Swap the dusty ground of Templehofer Feld for the lush long grass of this little corner of green paradise. Total tranquility is only a picnic blanket, a novel and a cold drink away. Oh, and for when afternoon drifts into evening, there’s pizza by the slice and gelato nearby, plus a host of understated but excellent Emser Kiez cocktail bars that await just around the corner.
