It’s easy to turn to the big names when it comes to sportswear, but it can be hard to know where, how and by whom the products are made. Berlin-based online running gear retailer The Good Run is seeking to change that. Founded in 2020, the store sells products that are made with sustainability in mind, while donating some of the proceeds to a disabled and rehabilitation sports initiative. These good values are matched with some pretty good style too. You’ll be happy to hear that no corners have been cut on quality or aesthetic: store founder Kathi has professional running experience and knows what makes good sportswear. Mixing own-brand gear with curated branded goods, the collection has everything from trainers to sports bras. The range includes Patagonia, 42/54 and other labels which have made commitments to sustainability by using recycled materials and plastic-free production. Whether it’s bike shorts or running shirts, you can get all the kit you need for summer workouts that won’t weigh on your conscience.
