Ethical fashion and interior fans are spoiled for choice this weekend: there are not one, but two pop-ups selling beautiful design for a good cause. First up is the pop-up from White Label, an online marketplace which promotes and sells fashion and interior pieces handmade by women artisans. Held over three days on Moritzplatz (24.–26.09.2021), the pop-up includes items from 20 of the 900 makers that White Label works with, including jewelry from Soko, cushions from Pixan and garments from Nada Duele. The focus here is on fine craftsmanship and appreciating the cultures and ancient techniques that the fast-fashion industry depletes. Meanwhile, over in Tiergarten is the Good XSample charity market. Following previous editions that raised €16,000 for the homeless, Highsnobiety and charity One Warm Winter are back this Saturday (25.09.) for another pop-up of donated designer garments.
The Highsnobiety HQ is opening its doors for the sale of pieces from cult fashion brands including Peggy Gou Goods, Veilance and Nudie Jeans. As well as grabbing a bargain on some rare items, your purchase helps support One Warm Winter as well as Neustart e.V, an organization that works with women sex workers.
