Minzovado, Immunisiakum, Cucumera?! My skepticism over these names disappeared as quickly as the juices, smoothies and essences themselves. The little bottles I ordered are produced by Wild.Kräuter, a business ran by Florian Köstlin on a farm in Gerswalde (Uckermark) where they are freshly made and delivered into town every morning. The press varies depending on the season including wild herbs such as stinging nettle, dandelion, ash-weed, yarrow, sorrel, gallant soldier, chickweed, melde, buckhorn and blackberry leaves. Fresh seasonal organic fruits and veggies are added to the different blends. His specialty, the essences of freshly cut wheat, barley or spelt grass, may be an acquired taste but eventually you’ll be asking for more!
