“Where are you from?”, I asked Jane and Paul. “From the antipodes! The opposite end of the world: Wellington, New Zealand,” they responded while serving a flat white with a big smile. Flat white is my favorite coffee drink here, espresso with only a bit of creamy milk sans deep philosophy or drama – just simply yummy like everything else they offer: avocado toast with lime, all egg dishes with or without bacon, and homemade cakes and cookies. Their yoghurt granola fruit breakfast is absolutely amazing. What else?
