With help from Zoom Fresh in Prenzlauer Berg, you can cook delicious meals at home. They offer 16 different meal boxes that each come with a delicious recipe, with vegan and vegetarian varieties as well as meat. As soon as you’ve chosen a dish from the Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Thai options, husband and wife owners Edward Bae and Hee-Joo Suh go straight to their kitchen and prepare everything for you, cutting the vegetables and gathering spices so everything is completely fresh and ready for cooking at home in just 15 minutes. These boxes are a sustainable, modern meal solution and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food and the family-run feel of the shop. And here’s the best bit: each time they sell a meal they provide another meal for a child in need. As a father of two small kids and being busy working at Reform, it’s the perfect match for me: all I have to do mix the vegetables, meat and spices in a pan and the meal is ready in a flash – and my kids love it as much as I do!
