My heart skipped two beats in a day; first time when I saw this gem of a coffee shop next to Markthalle Neun, then again after trying their coffee with the perfect crema. I had noticed the empty spot long before they opened in August and had envisioned my dream coffee shop there. I never had the courage to realize it but Philipp Reichelt did – and how! He has turned this high-ceilinged room with large windows into one of the finest coffee shops in the vicinity of Oranienstrasse. Not only do they serve wonderfully prepared original blends, but customers are invited to test various blends created by other established baristas or try their special filtered coffee made with hand blown glass brewer.
