Together with ten friends and two wonderful winners Liv and Yves, we hosted our second Cee Cee Lesson at the Manuteefaktur and in-house tea salon last Sunday (21.2.2016). Instructed by Manuteefaktur’s owner Manu, we learned how to make our own Kombucha, created a unique individual chai blend, and last but not least, made a limited edition punch. The concoction was based on Rooibos tea which we bottled, labeled and saved some for later. We did however try it during the lesson; our punch mixed with Bulleit Whiskey on the rocks with a sprig of rosemary certainly did not disappoint.
