It’s the final weekend of the temporary exhibition space located on the top floor of a typical Berliner “Altbau” in Kreuzberg. “A Thin Place” is the project of New York based curator Armanda Schmitt and opened up just a month ago. For the final weekend they’re holding a participatory performance organized by the British artist Ian Giles and a sound installation by New York based Myla Dalbesio. Schmitt shows artists whose work explores a thin place, where the gap between reality and imagination, between micro and macro could become so small that sometimes you could not distinguish between abnormality and regularity anymore.
