Thinking of switching up your routines at the end of the year? Here’s a fun little idea: testing new coffee beans for your morning brew. The Coffee Week Berlin team is bringing the idea of a coffee “Secret Santa” to Berlin. You might remember the concept from school: you wrap a present and pass it around – and get one from someone else. In this case, coffee – in all its forms, or rather flavors. So you “donate” a nicely wrapped bag of coffee beans and get another one in exchange, and with it a new taste. The idea is also celebrated by coffee fans in many other countries. If you want to take part, you can find the nearest drop-off point near you. Your gift will not be handed over directly, but a little later as part of a small event (15.12.2023) at Communal Coffee, where you can talk shop about your new find. Because one thing is for sure: this is where the city’s coffee lovers gather. And by the way: Coffee Week 2024 will take place from 30.09. to 06.10.2024 – if you would like to be there as a sponsor, exhibitor or volunteer, please get in touch with us via DM.
