We enjoy spending our Saturday mornings at the market on Karl-August-Platz square (Wednesdays 8-13.30h, Saturdays 8-14.30h), followed by a relaxing stroll through Charlottenburg the rest of the day. Here, where gentrification has not yet managed to extend its tentacles, where life is still peaceful, we walk down the streets nestled in between Art Nouveau buildings, countless flower shops and stores with tailor-made products. Later we relax in Savignyplatz, letting the day come to an end at the Rum Trader bar.
