Unbelievable but true: next Sunday David Bowie will turn 65! A reason enough for me to take a closer look at his works. One of my favorite is his performance in the movie “The Man Who Fell To Earth” in which Bowie plays the leading role – an alien from a distant planet who comes to Earth in search of water for his desertified home. Over the course of the plot he finds a company in order to build a starship to go back but gets lost in earthly pleasures and ends up being confused and disillusioned. You could purchase the film and add this classic to your personal movie collection, rent it to check it out or (if you dare) watch it on the big screen at the somewhat strange Zyankali Bar next Sunday! In case you’re not convinced, watch the trailer on youtube!
