Tilia, Osier, Cilia – these poetic names might sound like they’re right out of Sylvia Plath, but they’re actually some of the latest shades from Bolon, the time-honored, family-owned Swedish company that has been a true design institution in the field of floor coverings and carpets for over 70 years. The shades in their new collection, Botany, are every bit as beautiful as their names. How about a floor in Chestnut, Honey or Sage? Or what about patterning all three? Next Thursday (20.10.22), Bolon invites you to let your imagination run wild with a breathtaking installation at their launch event. And where better than in the art-savvy Château Royal hotel! Color and material aren’t the only focus of the day: there will also be talks where you can learn more about design, product development and sustainability. After all, sustainability has been one of the cornerstones of the company’s philosophy for three generations. And with colors like Rain, Canyon and Spearmint, it’s only natural.
