A whiskey cabinet from 1770 stands next to a
chair from the Empire period; and placed beside it are a beautiful antique dental cabinet from the 20’s and a 50’s Danish copper lamp. Felix Bachmann doesn’t limit himself when it comes to choosing furniture and objects for his antique store. But they all do have one thing in common: they are approved by Bachmann in both quality and style. A trained furniture restorer, he carefully refurbishes all pieces in his small workshop, mostly by hand. He uses old paint formulas, coatings or glue, such as shellac or fish glue, to guarantee authentic results. His clients are based all over Germany since all of his items are available online, but visiting his airy showroom in person in the lovely Chamisso-Kiez is definitely worth the trip!
