JUMP BERLIN — INDOOR TRAMPOLINING FOR ALL AGES

JUMP BERLIN — INDOOR TRAMPOLINING FOR ALL AGES

It’s said there’s still a child in all of us, and if you wish to indulge your inner 10 year old, or simply have a passion for trampolining, then you should head to Jump Berlin. In Reinickedorf, the minds behind Beach Mitte have brought the American craze of indoor trampolining to Germany’s capital. Inside the large hall, there are various sections: the main space, with wall to wall trampolines, two tumbling runs for the more adventurous, a dodgeball and basketball area, and finally a leap of faith into a large airbag, which you’ll probably have to watch children somersault off for ten minutes before you bring yourself to try. It’s a perfect way to let loose and exercise in a different manner, and we were surprised by how tired we felt after only fifteen minutes of bouncing. The restaurant area means you can refuel in between sessions, or alternatively sit and watch whilst other family members have fun. It’s a great alternative to gym sessions or yoga classes that is suitable for all ages, with the friendly staff always on hand to help you perfect that tricky front flip. (Text: Antonia Harris)
