A little holiday before the holiday season is over? Then take part in Earthwalking Forrest Yoga Festival this weekend (28.-30.8.2015). Among the organizational team is one of our favorite yoga teachers, Deborah Haaksman. Since 2015 and together with Sita and Nicola she’s now part of Earthwalking, a Berlin yoga community that believes in the power of unity: sharing is caring, whether it’s your knowledge of new yoga techniques or just a personal anecdote told over the veggie meal. Debbie’s personal highlight of the program is a philosophical workshop offering theoretical input for the dedicated yogi. Our highlight is of course the party on Saturday night, which includes a dinner at the great location of Oberhafen Kantine, best described as a garden hidden within the city; you are invited to join even if you haven’t been to the festival itself. Our friend Michael Müller will be spinning the music. What we like as well: all yoga teachers will be wearing fashion by designer Stephanie Franzius.
