When Álvaro moved to Berlin a couple of years back, it was almost impossible to find second hand books in Spanish. The photographer and artist thus deciced to open his own antiquarian book store. A year of gathering and piling turned into a nice selection, ultimately offering a whole lot more than Spanish printed matter; you’ll find Swedish, Portuguese, Polish, French and English books as well as many other languages. Not only is he manning the store but Álvaro is usually there in person to help, and, naturally, offers an excellent service. He focuses on belletristic works and he commits quite a lot of time into searching for young and interesting authors. There are also classics and few non-fiction titles to be found.
