RAQUEL FERREIRINHA ON “LOST IN BERLIN”

RAQUEL FERREIRINHA ON “LOST IN BERLIN”

Getting lost can be scary. Yet we know a guy who willingly chose to get lost in Berlin for a whole week by himself. Walking the streets of our city in sunny August, he met fascinating people, destroyed the soles of his sneakers and snapped a bunch of pictures. Maybe you saw him around? Bald, glasses, a compact Canon in hand…looking lost? Nothing? Well, “he” is Marco Nicotra, Milan-based founder of independent publishing label Bolo Paper and he’s head over heels in love with Berlin. During these seven days, Marco photographed, edited and printed a zine from scratch. He turned a hostel shared room into his workspace, found a printer and there it was: “Lost in Berlin” had been born. The 60 copies of the first exclusive edition were quickly sold out and now a remixed version is available. Marco is giving away a freshly printed new issue to a cee cee reader, so drop an email at mail@ceecee.cc if you’d like to get your hands on it.
