Susanne Kaufmann has stayed true to her vision of a skincare brand focused on a select few high-quality ingredients. Even from the outset, the emphasis was on oil-based products. Over time, the product design has become even more minimalist, but the range has expanded. Susanne Kaufmann now offers a comprehensive beauty line, spanning bath and shower products to facial care sets. My favorites include the “Moisturizing Face Gel for Hypersensitive Skin” and the matching body lotion in a glass pump dispenser. And, of course, the mountain pine bath oil is a classic—especially welcome in winter.
Despite 20 years of success, Susanne Kaufmann remains active and is now introducing a new facial oil. It is available for exclusive advance purchase at Berlin’s KaDeWe department store. Chosen as a long-standing partner store, KaDeWe hosts the entire pop-up store experience. At Ku’damm, visitors can immerse themselves in the alpine world through large video installations, soundscapes, and fragrances. But it’s not just about looking and smelling; a bit of wellness is a must. Beauty experts are on hand to offer hand or arm massages, along with tips on skincare routines. For those seeking a momentary escape to other realms, the “Holistic Facial Treatment” in one of the treatment rooms is a delightful way to close your eyes and dream of the Bregenzerwald.
