This week my favorite coffee shop The Barn opened up their second outlet. But the new one is more than just that; they roast their own raw coffee beans in the back. I suppose most people have never witnessed the whole process, so it’s a really neat way to learn more about the art of coffee making and experience the freshest coffee possible. At the new spot they take this brewed beverage so seriously that you won’t even find sugar, which they say distracts from the wonderful flavors of coffee – to which I agree. Coffee at its finest.
