You might have noticed the Vintage Galore window display in Hobrechtstrasse but you must go to Sanderstrasse to enter, just a little further up the road. Erik Zimmermann has opened his shop specializing in vintage furniture here in early July. He’s on the road a lot, mostly on the countryside and primarily in Scandinavia to collect tables, chairs, and armchairs but also lots of lamp shades and home accessories like bowls. Most furniture pieces are made of wood, and if they are in not a perfect condition Erik works on them. A small but fine range of second hand clothes complete the store’s selection. This is a shop definitely worth stopping by if you intend to add a classy retro touch to your home.
