Natural wine lovers — if you couldn’t make it to Raw Wine Berlin last month, or it left you wanting more, you’re in luck: This Sunday (17.6.2018), Holzmarkt is hosting the fifth edition of independent natural wine fair Wine Rush, organized by Jeff Roy of Rocket Wine Berlin. Over 40 winemakers from across Europe will present their most exciting offerings, including eight German natural winemakers — like Staffelter Hof from Mosel or Kraemer from Franken. The best way to demystify this hyped (albeit ancient) craft is to taste and discover its richness and variety for yourself, and to ask the friendly vintners to share the story of the drop you’re sampling. Take the chance to replenish your wine cellar, or pick up a bottle to pair with dinner that evening — tasting your way around Europe’s wine growing regions along the way.
