PAPI CRUNCH: A SUNDAY BRUNCH SERIES AT PARKER BOWLES

PAPI CRUNCH: A SUNDAY BRUNCH SERIES AT PARKER BOWLES

If you are looking for a yummy Sunday brunch spot, look no further and head to Parker Bowles. Papi Crunch serves brunch there now – the first project by private chef Guillermo Luengas and Lennart Döring (inventor of the “M&G’s rib rolls”). Sit between party people, breakfast lovers, and family get-togethers in the dimly lit room or stay outside in the sun and enjoy the first (or second) meal of your day. Sweet-and-salty, hearty, fruity, or earthy – the choice is yours. Their goal is to serve not only excellent food but turn your meal into an experience. It was discovering the soft boiled-and-fried eggs for me… but the caramelized pork belly and the soft sous-vide cooked chicken are equally adventurous and fantastic. Whether you choose English, Mexican or Mediterranean dishes, the best part of Papi Crunch is their truly fair price for the hearty haute cuisine.
