BOURBON DOGS: A BAR WHERE HOT DOGS MEET WHISKEY

BOURBON DOGS: A BAR WHERE HOT DOGS MEET WHISKEY

Limp buns and bland dogs smothered in mustard, mayo, ketchup, and fried onions: in Berlin, the hot dog ekes out a miserable existence in Swedish furniture stores. But now Kreuzberg’s Bourbon Dogs is taking things to the next level – in six different varieties created by Chef Max. Behold: tasty potato buns from Bekarei meet premium sausages from “the sausage man who never sleeps.” There’s Asian, Mexican, and classic Chicago style to name only three, and a fantastic selection of drinks to accompany them, with some darn good rye whiskey at center stage. High-quality products and Max’s enthusiasm assure the high standard of the overall concept. It’s everything you need for a perfect night at the bar. Bourbon Dogs opened in late August 2015 and was only meant to be a pop-up bar, but because of the success luckily it’s now here to stay! (Text: Helen von der Höden / Photo: Laura Droste)
