One of Cee Cee’s all time favorites is MDC Cosmetics where the facials are approached holistically and always include valuable nutritional tips. Mühle has a different focus: shaving culture. MAIA FRAZIER RECOMMENDS: NATURAL DYE WORKSHOPS BY STILL GARMENTS

From a little basement studio in Wedding, slow fashion designer and Still Garments founder Elke Fiebig conducts natural dye workshops for plant-curious people. She invites participants to reconnect with the environment by exploring the intricacies of indigo, experimenting with bundle dyes and expanding their knowledge of local flora. As a designer, Elke is committed to zero waste pattern cutting. She also takes great care in the sourcing of her materials including everything from organic threads to homegrown flowers. The philosophies and practices that run through each of her collections are highlighted throughout her website; a myriad of blossoms and delicate textiles come together on her earthy Instagram feed. At her core, Elke seeks to contribute to the world of material culture by bringing it away from materialism and more towards culture. JOIN MOTEL BEER & COFFEE FOR THEIR NEXT TOUR AND TASTING

For any excursion from a picnic in the park to a road trip to the lake – Motel has you covered. The brand offers beer and coffee in distinct aluminum cans imbued with mid-century modern motifs designed by Creative Director Marie Stadelmann. Under the guidance of Peter Read, the head of beer, Motel sells a delicious IPA, a Pale Ale, a Golden Ale and a Kellerbier alongside a rotation of seasonal brews. Cory Andreen, co-founder of the Berlin Coffee Festival, leads their coffee operations. Using beans sourced from cooperatives and natural farms, they’ve developed a canned Nitro Coffee and a Flat White that even foams when you open it. How does this all work? Find out for yourself: This Sunday 10.03.2019, you’re invited to a free guided tour through their production facilities, a microbrewery in Reinickendorf. If you’re satisfied with their tasty drinks, find more refreshments at some of your favorite bars and shops like BrewDogs and Lager Lager. We are continuing with our Co.llective Lessons! This Saturday (23.2.2019) we will visit Ted and Stefan, two experts in all things natural perfume and founders of Aer Scents. The pair relocated to Berlin in 2018 and moved into their beautiful studio on Rosenthaler Platz where they have since been creating their unusual fragrances. And now, you’ll have a chance to join them at the table. Guided by Ted and Stefan, we’ll start with an introduction to the vast world of molecules, as well as heart and top notes, before composing our dream fragrance. We started our series “Roe & Co.llective meets Cee Cee Lessons” for exactly this reason: blending and creating synergies, and learning and having new experiences together. At the end of this exclusive workshop you’ll go home with your own unique perfume. So write us an email and try your luck – we are, per usual, raffling off a few spots.
