For Edition No. 05, we’re heading to Bar Basta in Mitte. Flooded with light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, the Basta team serves up the best coffee and drinks, accompanied by the soulful beats of DJ Bossy Doll Bina, who brings energy, lightness, and good vibes. And because great music pairs best with great food, look forward to special croissant creations from Basta: grilled croissants with roasted eggplant, miso glaze, melted cheddar, and sesame seeds; or with ham, rosemary potato slices, and goat cheese cream. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s the Hot Love Croissant, filled with vanilla buttercream and warm red fruits. Early risers can enjoy mini croissants, on the house, while supplies last.
