DEUTSCHE SPIRITUOSEN MANUFAKTUR: LOVINGLY DISTILLED SPIRITS IN UNEXPECTED FLAVORS

“Handmade in Berlin” is a phrase Deutsche Spirituosen Manufaktur takes seriously. Founded in May 2018 by Tim Müller and Konrad Horn, the Marzahn distillery is home to a team of pharmacists, master distillers and mixologists who select, refine and mix ingredients from all over to create more than 100 spirits. The extent of the aromas and flavors is extraordinary: from Mallorcan Verna Lemon to Palatine Fennel, DSM leave no stone unturned in their hunt for the best botanicals. This diversity means the spirits are great not just to drink, but to eat too. Sold in a 50ml spray bottle, the Bosnian porcino mushroom distillate will add a whole new layer of taste and aroma to fine cuisine. For more familiar tipples, opt for the in-house gin, vodka and Korn, which make perfect gifts and are now sold at DSM’s Mitte pop-up shop, open until mid-January 2020.
