Brunch and partying at the same time? This might just be our new favorite weekend activity. This Saturday (27.08.2022) Electric Mimosa is inviting you to a boozy brunch and party on the Spree. Kick-off is at 14h with an exquisite four-course menu by top chef Maximilian Kindel featuring freshly baked bread, trout caviar, braised pasture-raised beef, truffles and a pomegranate granita with white chocolate cream. The drinks are just as luxe, with selected wines and champagnes, refreshing Chandon Garden Spritz, frothy espresso martinis and classic negronis. DJs from Sisyphos, KitKat and SoHo House will be serving electronic sounds during and after brunch, so you can (hopefully) enjoy a sunny dance on Fluxbau’s riverside terrace. Whether you come for brunch or just to dance, you can look forward to music from the likes of Nat Sûprise, Miba and Melendez. And if it does rain, you can enjoy the view of the Spree from inside the Fluxbau. Get ready for a party weekend with style included.
