Every Thursday, the business show hosted by Lea-Sophie Cramer and Verena Pausder deals with relevant – and often difficult – topics like self-doubt in a positive and motivating way. The duo report from their own lives, reveal striking facts and figures, and give tips for mastering the working world. Business and economics can be dry, but these hour-long episodes make it accessible and comprehensible. For the weekly shows, Lea-Sophie and Verena invite guests including the likes of Passionfroot founder Jennifer Phan and co-founder of Project A Ventures, Florian Heinemann, for fascinating deep dives. The pair also chat about loves and pet peeves (children’s birthday WhatsApp groups being one) and ask each other critical, thought-provoking questions. It is well worth a listen – not least because you can submit your own topic for the hosts to tackle.
