Supper clubs have been popping up all over Berlin, but “Mother’s Mother” stands out from the rest with its brilliant concept. As an homage to grandmothers and mothers across the world, the featured chef prepares recipes from a single mother. This Friday evening, host Kavita Meelu and chef Lauren Lee a.k.a Fräulein Kimchi will be serving Seoul fusion cuisine inspired by Lee’s grandma Inhae Jung. Fräzulein Kimchi was born in Seoul and raised in US and Canada; not only is she a chef, but also a private caterer and an opera singer! Expect to find mouth watering dishes like the spicy Korean style chicken wings barbecued in Inhae Jung’s secret marinade served with radish kimchi.
