Have you ever tried sanddorn (sea-buckthorn) ice cream? I can’t imagine finding this outside of Germany, though it tastes amazing: not too sweet, very fruity and a little tart. So the next time your foreign friends come and visit you in Berlin, plan a trip to Tanne B, they’re not the world’s best ice cream store, but their “Sanddorn” is definitely worth a try.
